Floor Recovery & Recycling Logic
Efficiency in an automated room is driven by the speed of abrasive turnover. Our system utilizes screw conveyors or pneumatic scrapers to transport spent abrasive to a bucket elevator. From there, it enters a multi-stage cleaning cycle where the Cyclone Separator removes dust and fines, while a rotary screen extracts oversized debris. Only clean, reusable media is returned to the storage hopper, reducing media consumption costs by up to 95%. This technical logic enables 24/7 high-throughput operation for massive industrial fabrication projects.
